The primary market sales data for various property types in Dubai for the months of January and February shows , in January, a total of 4,805 apartment transactions, 1.1K villa transactions, 276 serviced/hotel apartment transactions, 82 villa plot transactions, and no sales of retail, residential land, or office properties were recorded whereas, in February, there were comparatively fewer transactions for apartments, 3,699, but higher sales worth of AED 7.8Bn. Villa sales, serviced/hotel apartment transactions, villa plot transactions, retail properties, residential land, office properties, and building transactions all recorded higher numbers in February. The top locations varied by property type and month, with Business Bay and Dubai Creek Harbour recording high sales and transaction counts for apartments in January, while Al Wasl and Jumeirah Village Circle did so in February. For villa sales, Damac Lagoons topped the list in both months. Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Beach Residence were the top locations for serviced/hotel apartment sales. The Valley and Meydan One recorded high sales and transaction counts for villa plots and retail properties, respectively.
